Carole guides small-and medium-sized business owners in the design and execution of customized communications and marketing strategies anchored in strong business plans.
Fully bilingual in French and English, Carole spent nearly three decades working with the world’s leading IT and telecommunications brands. She has held management roles in global sales and marketing, finance, business strategy and strategic development and worked out of offices in Canada, the United States and France. As a result, Carole is adept in developing communications and marketing programs affixed to the corporate priorities of her clients. She also has a deep understanding of how culture affects business functions, how to develop productive teams across cultures and how to bridge the gaps between cultures and functions.
Carole’s practical business experience is bolstered by an MBA from Queen’s University, a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, International Business and Management Science from the University of Ottawa and a Diploma in Social Media Marketing from George Brown College. Carole is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) with certification in Not-for-Profit Board Governance through the Telfer School of Management in Ottawa. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Equestrian Federation.
When she is not at work, you will find Carole mucking out the stall of her European warmblood filly, Cannella, at the dog park with Finnegan and Bentley or hosting one of her exquisite dinner parties.
